Visit one of the largest fortified castles in Belgium and embark on a journey through more than 1000 years of history. Standing on three rocky peaks, the fortified castle of Bouillon dominates the town and offers a magnificent panorama of it. During your visit, you will also be able to discover a very widespread art in medieval times : the falconry. Admire the majestic flight of hawks, eagles, owls in an offbeat humor show (from 10 February to 11 November included). Finally, end the visit with the Scriptura museum which will tell you the history of the school, and the exhibition of the fresco "The armed pilgrimage of Godefroy de Bouillon".

   Go back in time and discover the ruins of the famous feudal castle which overlooks the charming little town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Dominating the valley, nestled between a loop of the Ourthe and the steep sides of the Deister hill, the ruins of the medieval castle, built between the 11th-12th and 13th centuries, stand out in their dark and imposing mass. At certain times of the year, several activities take place inside the castle such as archery and crafts, falconry shows, ... Some summer evenings, around nightfall except in bad weather, we can even see the ghost of Countess Berthe de La Roche prowling around the ruins of the castle, at the very spot of her death.   During the autumn half-term holidays, come and enjoy falconry shows with le Jardin des Hiboux at 12 pm, 2 pm and 4 pm. Come and share a magical moment and discover the fascinating and fragile world of birds of prey. Come and admire them in free flight, soaring over the majestic ruins of the Castle.   During the autumn half-term holidays, the Castle will offer a special Halloween-themed display. You will be able to explore the site, decorated for the occasion, in a mysterious and slightly eerie atmosphere, while respecting the authenticity of the place. It's an original way to (re)discover the Castle during the holidays.   Dear customers, due to high winds and for your safety, we will be closed on Monday, October 27. Since 2000, a course 3 times longer and twice as deep allows you to contemplate the extraordinary variety of shapes and colors of the concretions of the cave. You will descend 65m underground to discover an underground river and climb 30m on foot and 35m by elevator.

 This 10 ha park located in the middle of nature offers you the opportunity to observe the inhabitants of our forests as well as their close relatives on the farm. On a 1.2 km pedestrian route, in an environment close to their natural way of life, you will meet a herd of fallow deer, deer and deer, mouflon, a herd of wild boar and wild boar, wolves, lynxes, foxes, eagle-owls… Then stop by the pets of the mini-farm and take the time to appreciate this natural space on the cafeteria terrace facing the playground.
